Public Attitudes towards Severe Mental Illness

Hi everyone, I’m a masters student at King’s College London and was wondering if anyone had a spare few minutes while they’re bored in self-isolation to fill out a survey for my dissertation. We’re looking at public attitudes towards severe mental illnesses, specifically psychosis and personality disorders.

We’re looking for anyone aged 18+ to complete it and it should take you around 10-15 minutes to finish. You will also be able to enter a prize draw for the chance to win either an £100 or a £50 Amazon voucher at the end.
